- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Travel Documents
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents required for travel, hotel check-ins, permits, and other services.
- Majestic Holidays shall not be held responsible for denied services due to insufficient or invalid documentation.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- While we strive to operate tours as planned, itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, local circumstances, or operational requirements.
- Any alternative arrangements will be made in the best interest of travelers whenever possible.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in that policy.
- Certain services such as flights, permits, and peak-season bookings may be non-refundable.
6. Responsibilities of Travelers
Travelers agree to:
- Follow local laws and regulations.
- Respect local customs, culture, and property.
- Maintain proper conduct during the tour.
- Take responsibility for their personal belongings.
Majestic Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler’s behavior causes disruption, safety concerns, or inconvenience to others.
7. Limitation of Liability
Majestic Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, houseboats, and guides.
We shall not be liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by third parties.
- Natural disasters, adverse weather, road blockages, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
- Loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, injury, illness, accident, or death during travel.
Travelers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.
8. Hotel & Transportation Services
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by the respective property’s policies.
- Transportation services are provided according to the itinerary and vehicle category booked.
- Any additional services requested during the trip may incur extra charges.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Majestic Holidays website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Majestic Holidays and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected through bookings, inquiries, or website usage will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
